This includes dual power supply and communications networks. Data safety, confidentiality and continuous service are therefore guaranteed service levels. Driven by VIN data we can report damage by route, territory or carrier down to make and model levels of granularity.
We are able to receive and incorporate vehicle condition inspection data from multiple sources in most formats. This helps speeds up the claims process and recovery effectiveness.
Systemising the routine
Through rules based actions, governed by time-clocks, we can automate many standard routines. This ensures time limited stages of the claim or recovery are not missed.
Real-time reporting is available through a web-based desk top ‘alert’ which is customisable based on required KPIs. Alternatively, reports can be delivered directly by e-mail.
